Summary:

As an Assistant House Manager at The Price Center, you will support a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring exceptional care for our residents. This role involves supervising staff, managing resident care, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or 5 years of experience in I/DD or related field
  

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be MAP certified and CPR Certified
• Valid Drivers License with a clean record

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Supervise:
  

• • Direct and support staff in daily activities

• • Ensure high-quality program implementation

• • Assist in scheduling and training staff

• Resident Care:
  

• • Provide hands-on care with daily living activities

• • Manage medical appointments and ensure optimal health care

• • Teach budgeting skills and manage personal finances

• Communication:
  

• • Maintain strong relationships with families, day programs, and community partners

• • Ensure accurate and timely documentation

• • Conduct regular safety drills

• Activities and Engagement:
  

• • Plan and lead educational and recreational activities

• • Foster independence and social skills

• • Support residents' religious and cultural expressions
