Our client is an established education and consulting services firm seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This individual will play a key role in supporting the billing process by validating billing data, coordinating with managers across multiple divisions, and ensuring timely collection of documentation for invoicing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Salesforce and Concur is a strong plus, and strong Excel skills are required.
