Job Type : Full-time Description Kings III is a leading provider of emergency telephones nationwide for elevators, parking garages, public/commercial swimming pools, etc. Our solutions include installation, monitoring, and maintenance. Our phones provide a communication solution when emergencies arise. With over 30 years in the life safety business, we understand our products must work when needed. We stand behind what we sell and service. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Elevator Technician . This position involves installing and/or servicing emergency phone equipment, working independently in the field, completing daily routes, and maintaining inventory and tools. The Technician will communicate regularly with customers and team members to ensure quality service and problem resolution, providing the full scope of work on the first visit. The role requires adaptability to changing routes and work plans, excellent customer service, troubleshooting skills, and complete, accurate work. Additional duties will be assigned by your manager. Requirements Two years experience installing and/or repairing elevator telephone and emergency telephone equipment High School diploma or GED Current and valid Elevator Mechanic License Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage installation projects Technical fluency with laptops or tablets and electronic work orders Ability to track tools and inventory High attention to detail and professional appearance Willingness to travel, including overnight stays Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening Physical Requirements Kneeling, squatting, walking, reaching, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Company Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance 401k with company match Telemedicine benefits Paid holidays and paid time off About Our Company At Kings III, we provide critical communication services to help people in distress.
