Location: Walsenburg, Colorado 81089
Contract Duration: 8 or 13 Weeks (ASAP Start)
Pay Rate: $30/hour (W2)
Schedule: Varied Shifts
Travel Radius: No local candidates within 60 miles of the facility

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for a Long-Term Care assignment in Walsenburg, CO . This is a great opportunity for experienced, committed travel CNAs who are passionate about providing quality care to residents in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.

Key Details

• Specialty/Dept: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of CNA experience in a SNF or similar setting
• Schedule: Varied shifts (days/nights/weekends as assigned)
• Assignment Length: 8 or 13 weeks (ASAP start)
• Pay: $30/hr (W2 basis)
• Local Radius Restriction: No local candidates within 60 miles of the facility

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to long-term care residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report patient changes
• Support nursing staff with documentation and patient comfort
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and dignity for all residents

Requirements

• Active CNA certification (Colorado or compact state license)
• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• 2+ years of CNA experience in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
• Must be reliable, professional, and committed for the full contract duration
• Able to start ASAP
