Closing Shift Manager – Up to $18 Starting Join our team at McDonald's. Closing Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during the evening time. Shift Managers have been certified through McDonald's management courses and have prior McDonald's experience. All Shift Managers start at a minimum of $14.50 but increase based on a variety of factors, including previous management experience and availability.
