Key Responsibilities: - Operate cranes with lifting capacities up to 100 tons in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures. - Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and related equipment to ensure proper functioning. - Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to plan and execute lifting operations. - Monitor weather conditions and site hazards to maintain a safe working environment. - Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities. - Follow all safety protocols and report any issues or concerns promptly. - Assist with setup and dismantling of crane equipment as needed.
