Job Title: Vendor Outreach Agent (Remote)

Are you detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare? We’re looking for a Vendor Outreach Agent to join a high-performing, values-driven team that’s transforming how healthcare decisions are made through data.

Shift : Monday–Friday,

5:30 AM – 2:00 PM PST, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM MST, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay : $18/hour
Work Environment : Fully Remote

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed inventory reports, audits, and summaries for stakeholders.
• Submit accurate inventory counts and projections to vendors on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain databases, track key metrics, and identify trends to support decision-making.
• Monitor project progress and update status reports and forecasts.
• Track and manage vendor inventory, reconciling discrepancies and identifying risks.
• Maintain timely and professional communication via email and other channels.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for better inventory and vendor management.
• Resolve vendor issues related to inventory, orders, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support initiatives and streamline processes.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain HIPAA compliance.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 12 months of HIH experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Clear and professional telephone presence.
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and within teams.
• Experience managing large inventory volumes and resolving issues.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Adaptability and a team-player attitude.
