About the Finance Team Our Finance team partners cross-functionally to deliver accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting that empower sound business decisions. As a key member, you’ll influence company-wide initiatives and help drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do - Lead financial planning, analysis, and modeling to inform growth targets and business strategies.
- Manage and enhance financial control structures, mitigating risks and ensuring reporting transparency.
- Prepare and present complex financial results to senior leadership, addressing key business questions.
- Develop business cases, forecasts, and scenario models for executive decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a culture of performance and belonging.
What You’ll Bring - Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business case development.
- Expertise in implementing and managing internal financial controls and risk mitigation.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to executives and cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience
i n accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
