We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy of financial operations. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Support audits and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist in tax preparation and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
