Cintas is seeking an Implementation Project Specialist L1 to develop the RFP/RFI/No-bid responses on behalf of the division. Responsibilities include managing non-exclusive product; customer projects (all on-boarding activities); developing profit models and support pricing; working with Account Management to develop an initial forecast; gathering and confirming customer requirements; business process set-up; program launch and post-launch activities; assisting the Implementation Project Managers and Directors in completion of responsibilities related to qualifying and implementing opportunities.
Required: High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred; Valid driver's license; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet; Minimum 1 year administrative experience; Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Preferred: Minimum 1 year project coordination experience.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $59,400 - $75,900/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
